Ormi Labs, Inc. ("Ormi") operates the Ormi and Testril websites. This policy covers the Ormi website at ormilabs.com and the Testril website at testril.si. Testril is an Ormi product. For questions about this policy or requests concerning your information, contact [email protected].

Information we collect and why

Testril's website tracking removes query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer supplied to Analytics. It measures visits to agent guides and clicks on connection instructions, reference files, and demo Start links. These measurements do not establish that a connection, download, or demo completed.

Information submitted through chat or newsletter forms is also processed by the corresponding provider. You can read the privacy information published by Hotjar, LinkedIn, Intercom, and Brevo. These additional Ormi website tags are not installed on the Testril website.

Retention

Google Analytics user and event data is retained according to the settings of the corresponding Analytics property. These settings do not govern Google's standard aggregated reports or browser cookie expiry. Other website information has retention periods that depend on its purpose and the service handling it. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This option applies to Google Analytics, rather than all services described in this policy.
